SMS is a simple tool for effective and brief user communication. It is as smart and flexible as other Reteno communication channels. For example, you can set up automated SMS campaigns to reengage inactive users or retain VIPs with bonuses and app updates announcements.
We provide two options for SMS messaging:
- Using Reteno as a service provider (you need to register an SMS sender ID).
- Through your service provider using processing in our system.
