Send the Event After the Contact Exists
An event starts a workflow for a contact, so the contact must already exist when the event arrives. If the event reaches Reteno before the contact is created, the event has no contact to start the workflow for and the workflow doesn't run ā even though the event itself appears in Automation ā Event history.
Send the event only after the contact creation request is confirmed, or add a short delay between creating the contact and sending the event.
