Collaborative Email Creation: Co-editing and Comments

Collaborative features allow team members to work on the same email template simultaneously, reducing the need for duplicate copies, screenshots, and coordinating edits in chats.

Why it's useful

  • Faster approvals. Edits and discussions are kept in one place: in the template and in element-level comments.
  • Change control. Version history shows exactly what changed and when. If an edit didn't work out, you can undo it or restore a previous version of the template.

Co-editing

Multiple team members can edit the same template simultaneously. Each person's actions are highlighted in real time, so you can immediately see which elements your colleagues are working on.
