Domain Authentication

Domain authentication helps mailbox providers verify that Reteno is allowed to send emails on behalf of your domain. This reduces the risk of your emails being rejected or marked as spam.

Use these guides to set up and manage domain authentication:

1. How Email Authentication Works — what SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records do, and how mailbox providers use them.
2. Setting Up Email Domain Authentication — add the required DNS records and verify your domain in Reteno.
3. Email Domain Authentication in Cloudflare — the Cloudflare-specific setup if your domain's DNS is managed there.

Before sending campaigns, set up and verify your sending domain. If your DNS is managed in Cloudflare, use the Cloudflare-specific instructions instead of the general ones. MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI are optional and can be configured after the domain is verified.
